I called in need of a complicated light bulb replacement (because of how it was engineered & the location of the bulbs) on my 2006 Lexus RX-400H . Without hesitation the owner said come over and we will take care of you. I was there less than an hour including the drive to the shop, repaired, reasonable price in comparison to the dealership, and out the door. They were courteous, efficient, and very professional. I have found my new go to for automotive repairs!
